Ingredients- 1 lb (500 g) Canadian Ground Turkey
- 1cup (250 mL) chopped fresh Spinach
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) dry Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) chopped Onion
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) light Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) Pepper
Instructions- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 large patties. Place patties on oiled grill.
- Grill over medium-high heat 4-6 minutes on each side, until a digital thermometer inserted in the centre of the burger reads a temperature of 74C (165F).
- Serve with Mozzarella cheese and red pepper slices, if desired.
