Ingrédient- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 once of oil
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup of mayonnaise (Kraft) or "other"
Direction- Mix well the 5 first ingredients with a whip. Blend in the mayonnaise. Refrigerate for 12 hours to enhance the taste.
Comments(Trimmings) Serve on Boston lettuce with fresh grated parmesan cheese, croutons, cooked bacon bits, and red oignon rings, thinly sliced.
