Ingredient- 20 tails
- ½ lb of soft butter
- 1 tbsp fresh minced parsley
- 2 dry minced shallots
- 2 pods of garlic crushed and chopped
- 1 tbsp juice of lemon
- ¼ tsp of sauce Tabasco
- 2 c. tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper.
Direcetions- Préchauffer the oven to 400 F. To Put the butter, the parsley, the shallots, the garlic, lemon juice the sauce Tabasco and the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Well to mix the ingredients. Rectify the aisonnement. Spread the butter to the garlic (described here high Preparation) on tail flesh. Cook 6 to 8 minutes to the oven. Serve on hot rice.
