Ingredients
  • 30 ml of sherry
  • 30 ml white poultry broth
  • 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 75 g of basil


Preparatiion
  1. Place the basil, sherry, poultry broth, salt, and pepper in a mixer and blend well. Add the olive oil slowly, in thin layers to obtain a creamy texture.
