La Trattoria ::: Pizza Sauce

Ingredients
  • 430 mL (1 3/4)cups tinned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 5 mL (1 tsp.) fennel seed
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) chopped fresh thyme, basil, oregano
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • ½ cup (125 mL) minced pitted black olives
  • 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) anchovy paste
  • 8 dried tomatoes in oil, drained on paper towels and chopped
  • Juice and minced zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 hot pepper, minced
  • ½ red pepper, peeled and minced
Instructions
  1. Mélanger ensemble tous les ingrédients; cuisson 15 minutes et laisser reposer au moins 30 minutes.
