Ingredients for the marinade - 24 chicken wings
- 1 cup of beer
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 garlic gloves, whitened, peeled and mashed
- 2 tsp of traditional English sauce worcestershier
- 1 tsp of pepper sauce
Seasoning- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 tsp of Cayenne pimento
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1 tsp of basil
- 1 tsp of thyme
- 1 tsp of rosemary
- salt and pepper
Directions- Enlever la pointe des ailerons. Placer les ailerons dans un bol et ajouter tous les autres ingrédients de la marinade.
- Mélanger et réfrigérer 2 h. Préchauffer le four à (450 °F). Retirer les ailerons de la marinade.
Cooking - Heat the butter in a cast iron pan at medium heat. Add the spices, seasonings, and chicken wings. Salt and mix well.
- Cook for 7 minutes on medium heat and mix frequently. Place in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
