Bâton Rouge ::: Chicken Wings

Ingredients for the marinade
  • 24 chicken wings
  • 1 cup of beer
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 garlic gloves, whitened, peeled and mashed
  • 2 tsp of traditional English sauce worcestershier
  • 1 tsp of pepper sauce
Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 tsp of Cayenne pimento
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of basil
  • 1 tsp of thyme
  • 1 tsp of rosemary
  • salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Enlever la pointe des ailerons. Placer les ailerons dans un bol et ajouter tous les autres ingrédients de la marinade.
  2. Mélanger et réfrigérer 2 h. Préchauffer le four à (450 °F). Retirer les ailerons de la marinade.
Cooking
  1. Heat the butter in a cast iron pan at medium heat. Add the spices, seasonings, and chicken wings. Salt and mix well.
  2. Cook for 7 minutes on medium heat and mix frequently. Place in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve.
