• 2 cups of finaly chopped onions
• 3 pound of ground beef
• 1 cup of vinegar
• 2 cups of sugar
• 2 teaspoon of salt
• 4 teaspoon of celery seeds
• 1 can (6oz) of tomato paste
• 4 teaspoon of chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon of pepper
• 1 tablespoon of oil

1. Sauted the onions slightly in oil and add beef. Brown the meet. Add all the other ingredients and simmer until thickness desired

Gives 20 cups. This sauce can be caned.
