Ingredient
  • 20 tails
  • ½ lb of soft butter

  • 2 dry minced shallots
  • 2 pods of garlic crushed and chopped
  • 1 tbsp juice of lemon
  • ¼ tsp of sauce Tabasco
  • 2 c. tbsp breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper.


Direcetions
  1. Préchauffer the oven to 400 F. To Put the butter, the parsley, the shallots, the garlic, lemon juice the sauce Tabasco and the breadcrumbs in a bowl. Well to mix the ingredients. Rectify the aisonnement. Spread the butter to the garlic (described here high Preparation) on tail flesh. Cook 6 to 8 minutes to the oven. Serve on hot rice.
