Ingredients- 3 ¾ cups of brown sugar
- 5 cups of heavy cream 35%
- 5 oz of corn starch
- 7 ½ oz of cold water
Instructions- Boil the cream and brown sugar for 4 minutes. In a bowl, mix the corn starch and water. Add to the preparation and cook an additional 2 minutes. Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Cook at 400 F for about 20 to 25 minutes.
