Source : Cabane à sucre Leclerc
Ingredients- 3/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/4 cup of flour
- cold water
Direction- Boil the maple syrup and thicken with prepared flour (add a little cold water beforehand).
- Add the cream and stir while heating. Pour into a cooked piecrust and add almonds to desired taste.
