Cabane à  sucre Leclerc ::: Special In-house Maple Syrup Pie

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • cold water
Direction
  1. Boil the maple syrup and thicken with prepared flour (add a little cold water beforehand).
  2. Add the cream and stir while heating. Pour into a cooked piecrust and add almonds to desired taste.
