Ingredient- 300 g of fresh strawberries
- 150 ml of water
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 45 ml of lemon juice
- 45 ml of finely chopped basil leaves
Preparation- Wash the strawberries, remove the top crown, and place in a blender. Add water, lemon juice, and the basil leaves. Blend for 1 minute. Pour in a casserole and wait a few minutes to enhance the flavours. Remove and cool.
- If desired, add a few basil leaves and small strawberry slices or quarters.
