Ingredient- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp of Cari powder
- 1 tsp of mustard powder
- 2 tbsp of fresh chopped parsley or 1 tsp of dried parsley
- 2 chopped garlic cloves, to taste
Directions- Mix all the ingredients in a container. Incorporer tous les ingrédients dans un plat et mélanger. Assemble the skewer with the chicken and the vegetables. Place the skewer in the container or in a large "Baggie." Cover and marinate the skewers between 12 to 24 hours.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 350 F. and broil for 5 minutes to brown. It can be cooked in ovenproof glassware. Quantity: For 3-4 skewers, use 4-5 cubes on each.
