Ingredients- 30 ml of sherry
- 30 ml white poultry broth
- 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 75 g of basil
Preparatiion- Place the basil, sherry, poultry broth, salt, and pepper in a mixer and blend well. Add the olive oil slowly, in thin layers to obtain a creamy texture.
CommentsThe basil is an herb that is well suited for fresh foods such as salads, fresh goat cheese, fish, chocolates, and fruits.
