Source : Bisquick
Ingredients- 4 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 -1/3 cups of Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 3 tbsp of butter or melted margarine
- 1 container (8 oz) of whipped cream, thawed
Preparation- In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries, sugar. Stir and put aside.
- In another medium bowl, add the Bisquick mix, milk, sugar, and the melted butter. Stir to form smooth dough.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Divide the dough into 6 full tablespoons.
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Cut in two while warm and fill with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. See photo.
