  • 4 ounces pettite Alskan shrimp -- cooked, peeled,
  • and deveined
  • 2/3 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 eggs -- beaten
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely-chopped green onions or chives
  • Salt -- to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
