Ingredient
  • 2 complete pork loins, uncut
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of Accent
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
marinade
  • 20 onces of commercial apple sauce
  • 20 onces of molasses
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of pepper
  • 2 inches (approx.) of ginger roots, sliced
  • 2 sliced garlic gloves [if desired
Directions
  1. Couper les longes de porc entre les côtes. Mélanger ensemble le sel, l'accent et la cannelle. Frotter les côtes de ce mélange avant de les plonger dans la marinade.
Preparation of the marinade:
  1. Mix together all the other ingredients of the marinade. Marinate the pork between 6 and 24 hours.
  2. Cook in the oven at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours, turning the ribs from time to time until the sauce begins to thicken and stick.
