Casa Grecque ::: Marinade for Beef

Ingredient
  • 1/2 finely minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp of spice to steak
  • 1 tbsp of bovril to the chicken
  • 1 tbsp of sauce soya
  • 1/4 tsp to sage
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp mustard tea prepared
  • 2 leaves of bay leaf
  • 2 pods of garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar of red wine
  1. Bien mélanger et laisser mariner de 20 à 24 heures.
