Ingredients- 8 mushrooms
- 60 ml (1 / 4 cup) of vegetable juice
- 16 cubes chicken 30g (1 oz) each
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 8 miniature tomatoes
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bag 21 g Mix mushroom sauce
- 4 wooden sticks
Instructions- Soak mushrooms in the vegetable juice about 15 minutes. Preheat barbecue grill. Alternate cubes of chicken, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and pineapples on four wooden skewers.
- Pepper and brush with oil. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Prepare the mushroom sauce according to the manual. Serve the skewers accompanied by mushroom sauce and rice with herbs.
