Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tea cumin
  • 1 tea dried oregano
  • 1 tea dried thyme
  • 1 tea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tea vinegar ordinary white vinegar
  • 1.3 to 1.8 k chicken


Instructions
  1. Mix the ingredients together in a plastic bag. Remove the chicken, seal. Marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.We can prepare in advance and freeze
  2. Before cooking, place 1 c tea salt inside the cavity of the chicken. Temperature of 175 to 180 F can be cooked in the oven or the vertisserie: 375 F 1.45 hrs to 2 hours if the chicken is more gros.Cuisses chicken breasts, marinate the time mentioned.
