Ingredient- 4 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2/3 cup pecan halves
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation- Preheat oven to 325-350ºF. Mix together the first seven
- ingredients listed above. Stir in 2/3 cup pecan halves. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 35-40 minutes.
