Ingredient- 3/4 cup cake flour
- 1-1/4 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c cocoa powder
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coffee, ground
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c table cream (10%)
- 2 eggs
- zest of 2 oranges, finely chopped
- 3/4 c bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
Directions- Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix butter, sour cream, table cream and eggs until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients, zest and chocolate to mixture until just moistened.
- Lightly grease muffin cups and fill with mixture. Bake for about 15 minutes or until tops are firm.
