• 2/3 cup 7-up
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix

1. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed a few seconds until smooth.
2. Let stand 10 minutes before using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on hot, oiled griddle, browning each side.

Makes 8 to 10 pancakes
