Ingredient- 2 head Romaine washed
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1/3 c romano cheese or 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 eggs
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp mustard dijon
- 5 anchovie filets( optional)
- Croutons for salad
Direction- Separate the Roman leaves in a big bowl and water oil of olive above and mix. Add the powder of garlic and mix. Beat the eggs and lemon juice in two separated bowls. Mix all the ingredients with Roman lettuce and add cheese. Add the anchovies, if desired.
