Ingredient
  • 2 cups of granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup of water
  • A pince of salt
  • ¼ tsp of cream of tartre


Directions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook to MED.Remuer mixes it until the boiling. Reduce the heat and cook to fire doux.Couvrir the saucepan and cook for 3 minutes or until Sugar be dissout. Cook to discover until a drop forms a ball in water froide.Retirer of the fire. When the syrup is cooled, to lapse into a content hermetically closed and keep in the obscurity of the temperature of the piece.
