- 1 lb of ground beef
- 3/4 cup of water
- 6 potatoes
- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 2/3 cups of mixed seasonings
- Brown the meat and drain. Peel the potatoes and slice thinly. Add water, potatoes, powder, and seasonings.
- Cover and heat slowly for 20 to 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender or until the water has evaporated.
