  Betty Crocker ::: Chiken meat balls with sauce

Ingredient
  • 1/2 onion soup mix package
  • 1 can of condensed mushroom cream soup
  • 1 cup of water
  • 6 chicken breasts, deboned
  • 2-1/4 cups of Bisquick dough mix
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of dry persil flakes


Directions:
  1. Mix the onion soup, water and mushroom soup in a rectangular ungreased sheet, 13x9x2 inches. Arrange the chicken on the sheet and baste with the mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 1 hour at 400 F.
  2. Mix the other ingredients until a soft dough is formed and beat for 30 seconds. Drop 12 spoonfuls of dough on the chicken and sauce. Cook in the oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until the dough balls are golden. Serve with a Cesar salad.
