Ingredient- 1 c almonds (or mixed nuts)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 c finely ground coffee
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- pinch cayenne pepper
Directions- Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix nuts and oil in a small bowl.
- Place nuts on baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Pour remaining ingredients into a slightly larger bowl, then mix in nuts until well-coated.
- Return nuts to baking sheet and toast for 2 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
