Injgredient- Whole milk - 4 cups
- Sugar - 2 cups
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- Cold water - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cream - 3 cups
Direction- Soak the gelatine in cold water.
- Heat the milk just enough, so not to boil it. Remove from heat, and add gelatine, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour into ice cream maker, and follow manufacturer directions.
