Source : A.L. Van Houtte
Ingrédient- 2 c Van Houtte Moka Java medium, freshly brewed
- 1/2 c hot milk
- 1 oz chocolate pieces
- 5 tbp whipped cream
- sugar to taste
- chocolate shavings (optional)
Directions- Melt chocolate with a little coffee on low heat. Add remaining coffee and sugar. Pour in milk slowly while beating. Garnish with whipped cream.
- Top with chocolate shavings. Serve immediately
