  Brasserie Fleurimont ::: Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredient
  • 2 tbsp of water d'eau
  • 2 tsp of hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. of chicken wings, separated
  • 1 Shake 'n Bake bag, original chicken BBQ mixture


Directions
  1. Remove the thin skin between the joints of the wings and cut. Dry on a paper towel.
  2. Mix the water and the sauce in a bowl. Add the wings and marinate 30 minutes. Remove and gently shake excess sauce.
  3. Place the wings in the Shake 'n Bake bag and coat. Place on an ungreased cooking sheet and cook at 350 F for about 30 to 40 minutes.
