• 1 can (796 ml) of tomatoes, diced
• 3 large chopped onions
• 3 celery pieces, chopped
• 1 can (156 ml) of tomato paste
• 1 can 540 ml) of tomato juice
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 1/4 tsp of pepper
• 2 tsp of sugar
• 1/2 tsp of oregano
• 1/4 tsp of ground pepper

1. Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Place in sealed containers or can, if desired.
