- 4 cups of vanilla fat free yogourt
- 2 (10 oz) unfrozen sweetened strawberries
- 1/3 cup of unfrozen blueberries
- ½ cup of sweetened crunchy granola
- In a tall glass put ½ cup of yogourt and add ½ cup of strawberries on top. Add 1 tablespoon of blueberries on top of the strawberries. Then put an other ½ cup of yogourt and finish it off with with 1 tablespoon of crunchy granola.
Gives 4 portions
