  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

  1. Beat the butter and add Sugar until it be foaming. Add the yellow ones of eggs and beat again. In a bowl, mix flour, the salt and the powder to dough. Add lemon juice while alternating with flour. In a bowl to beat the white ones of eggs climbed in snow. Fold with a spatula in the white ones of eggs the zest of lemon and continue with the spatula with the other preparation. Grease grind them to muffins or put one grinds paper To Cook 20 minutes to 375F
