Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter table to the piece temperature
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of cream sour
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked pie shell 9 inch


Direction
  1. Mix together the butter and Sugar in a bowl with a mixette. Add the cream turn sour and the eggs, the spice and the raisins. Deposit on the shell and cook to 375F about 45 minutes or until gilded and that the inserted knife in own spring.
