Source : A.L. Van Houtte
Ingrédient- 1 c strong coffee
- 1 c of hot milk (pressurized)
- cocoa powder
Directions- Fill half the mug with hot coffee. Froth milk, then pour into mug so that the unfrothed part goes into mug first, leaving a very creamy surface. Garnish with cocoa powder. Decorate with a little Chantilly cream (optional).
