- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
- 3 tbsp of grated mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp of powdered chicken base
- 4 tsp of crumbled bacon
- 3 tbsp of relish
- 2 tsp of mustard
- 4 tsp of powdered garlic
- 4 tsp of dry parsley
- 4 tsp of oregano
- 4 tsp of caper
- 3 tbsp of parmesan
- 1 egg
- 4 tsp of Accent (msg)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice
- 1 1/3 cups of vinegar
- Mix all the ingredients. Slowly add, while beating with a whip, 2 liters of oil. (The oil is added at the end; for example, mayonnaise.)
- Keeps for 1 month in sealed containers. Use 2 salad bottles of 500 ml and 2 of 1 liter.
CommentsThe marinade lasts a longtime if the egg is omitted.
