• 1/4 of a red bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
• 1 large jalapeno, chopped in half
• 1 tablespoons diced spanish onion
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• dash garlic powder
• dash cumin

1. Using a food processor, puree pepperd and oinio. Mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 4 teaspoons of the vegetable puree in a mediun bowl. Add remainig ingredients and mix well. Chill for several hours to let flavors develop.
