INgredient
  • 2 cups of dark brown sugar
  • 6 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of ground pepper
  • 2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon


Directions
  1. Mix these ingredients in a small casserole and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 300 F.
  2. Boil the ribs for 35 minutes, drain, and rinse under cold water. Place the ribs on the grill with the thickest meat on the bottom.
  3. Pour the sauce generously on the ribs. Brush every 15 minutes. Cook for 1 hour. Turn the ribs and continue to cook for another hour while brushing the mat 15-minute intervals.
